How to get there: Go to the northeast corner of the island and then go to the Royal Naval Dockyard. A limestone tunnel is your entrance into a tropical oasis, complete with palm trees, white sand beach and a stunning view of the ocean.

Things to See: several species of parrotfish, trunkfish,trumpetfish, sgt majors, baracuda, foureye butterflyfish, blue angelsfish etc. The corals are also fantastic, and you will see many massive boulder corals, brain corals, and large waving sea plumes, rods, and fans.

I was there in August and found the area off the larger beach to have cloudy water, too many people kicking up the bottom and very few fish, One rocky place to snorkel around was not worth the effort, I saw one parrot fish an a few other small fish. The smaller beach on the other side of the jetty had some nice purple coral, but again, few fish. I find the review you gave was extremely misleading, and won't recommend this to anyone.

I'm not sure this is classified correctly. OK Bermuda might be British, but as Bermuda is off the boast of Florida, its not the UK or Europe so this could be misleading. Can't wait to go there someday though, the fish sound amazing! :-)

Hi,

this is a nice spot for novice and expert snorkelers. You can rent equipment and other stuff in the beach club. Great coral and fish.
